To improve economic independence and food security among vulnerable households through sustainable livelihood interventions.
To increase access to and utilization of HIV/TB prevention, care, and treatment services among vulnerable communities.
To provide care, support, and protection to orphans and vulnerable children affected by HIV/AIDS and other vulnerabilities.
KADOLHA (Kigezi Orphans and Vulnerable Children Living with HIV/AIDS) is a community-based organization established in 2018 to serve indigenous Batwa communities, orphans, and vulnerable children affected by HIV/AIDS in Rubanda District, Uganda. We provide HIV/TB prevention and treatment, nutritional support, livelihoods, and psychosocial care to the most marginalized populations in Kigezi region.

KADOLHA empowers Batwa communities, orphans, and vulnerable children affected by HIV/AIDS in Kigezi region.
KADOLHA presented findings from a Community-Led Monitoring survey at the Rubanda Production Hall, highlighting key challenges affecting health service delivery in Rubanda District .
KADOLHA participated in a feedback meeting to share findings from Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) Semester III implementation, focusing on strengthening health service delivery in the district
KADOLHA launched a skills training initiative where Batwa women and young mothers are trained to produce reusable sanitary pads using sewing machines .
